Lord Brynner – Uhuru Harambee. Label: Erin Records – ELPS 1942. This could be a typo and possibly it should read Antillana sales, which is a known Calypso label and record distributor of that time, so I have listed it as that. The only record of any Trinidadian connected Music company of that name (Antilliana) dealing with Calypso seems to be Sam Manners (1899 - 1960) Antilliana Music Publishing Company which appears to have covered an earlier era.

Kade Simon, better known as Lord Brynner, was a Trinidadian calypsonian who won the Trinidad and Tobago Independence Calypso Contest in 1962. Taking inspiration from the actor Yul Brynner, he adopted the stage name Lord Brynner, together with the shaved head of the actor, and became a popular calypsonian in the late 1950s. He joined the West India Regiment and relocated to Jamaica, where he continued to perform, before returning to Trinidad after the collapse of the West Indies Federation.
