ECLECTIC Audio CD. Big Country. With a lot of Special guests this DVD is a bit different from the normal live Big Country concerts but nevertheless still outstanding.
Big Country's 1995 comeback with their album Why the Long Face included an accompanying tour. This CD is a representative package of that tour and it is also a terrific album. Culled from two stripped down, acoustic performances, this particular live recording is interesting due to the choice of songs. Quite honestly, the cover versions, while remaining faithful to the originals, become Big Country songs

First launched as the newly developed Camden Lock's flagship venue in the summer of 1973. Recorded live in Sheffield and London, the second Greasy Truckers album features early performances from prog legends Camel and Gong. While it remains relatively unheralded in comparison with its predecessor, it’s blessed with a similarly eclectic range of bands, with each giving searing performances at crucial stages in their careers. Fresh from releasing their debut album, Camel were first on stage, with what was one of their earliest recorded live performances. The 16-minute instrumental ‘God Of Light Revisited’ is an epic, groove-laden prog rock masterclass dominated by Peter Bardens’ jazz-tinged Hammond organ forays and Andy Latimer’s searing (and occasionally Echoplex-enhanced) guitar runs
